Im looking for opinins if this build is okay or if i should change anything.

I've had this psu for some time now so i cant send it back sadly. The second 970 will be the last upgrade i get (probably in q1 2016) so there is time.I do hope it works with this one, i have seen a vid of 970 sli working on 620w psu

You have an unlocked CPU and I would guess you are planning to overclock it. Elsewise you wouldn't need an aftermarket cooler. The problem with running the SLi will be when you OC. Right now you're probably looking at 500W and with the OC you'll be looking at closer to 600W. Which is still under the total limit of 650W, but you need to look at your PSU and find out if it is 650W continuous or 650W peak. Running your system at close to the peak will degrade the PSU quite rapidly and if you've already had it for awhile, you might find it isn't enough. Also remember that PSU's are electrical systems and they have an efficiency rating. They are most efficient at about 50% load, usually.

Just checked, the 650W is maximum power, so just be aware that you are pushing your system pretty close to the top end. It should work, but understand what risks you are taking on.

EDIT: Use this site on the expert calculator to see just how much you will need stock and how much you can overclock: Power Calculator

Thanks , i will be carefull when i put it in sli and wont overclock until i get a better psu .What about the other parts?
I Read good thing on this site for the mobo so i went with it plus it matches the build colour i want but i could get a black edition gigabyte mobo for the same money.
I want to purchase blue braided extension cables for pcie and mobo power but i dont if that could cause any trouble down the line. This are the cables i wanna buy:

Personally I would stay away from the Asrock mobos, but it's your call. I haven't had personal experience, I've just seen more negative reviews of Asrock, compared to others. What is the model of Gigabyte you're looking at?

Also I know you already have a 1TB, but maybe think about just getting a 2TB HDD and trading the 500GB SSD for a 240GB? It would be about the same cost probably.

What are you thinking about for a CPU cooler?

And you shouldn't have any problems with those cords. That'll look sick.

http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/Gigabyte-GA-Z97X-UD3H-BK-Black-Edition-Intel-Z97-So-1150-Dual-Channel-DDR_961218.html This is the gigabyte Mobo. I was skeptical about the asrock too because of the bad reviews ive seen but i did some digging around and it looks like there was a batch with a bad part but they fixed it, toms hardware also gave it the seal of aproval.
I dont need 2 tb of storage, i already have a 1tb drive in my computer now and i dont use it all. i plan to use the 500gb for being my boot drive and for games the 1tb barracude for all my files and the one i hve now (wd caviar green 5400rpm ) for backup but i probably wont even need that
For a cpu cooler im thinking of getting the cryorig r1 since it come in blue adn the metal shrouds are easy to paint

What do you mean by extra PCIe power plug? The board has 2 PCIe slots and the cards go in there. The power cables connect directly to the cards themselves. That board should run SLi just fine.
