Parts Preferences: I would like to see 4 builds choices the 4th being your own choice what you would think to be better.From all these providers i want as many components as possible psu,ram,case,fans,aio for cpu,etc. Also the cases below will be a must have,we're gonna start with those.I'm not doing custom loop.Rgb all around all possible components .

Overclocking: Yes both cpu and gpu

SLI or Crossfire: No in the distant future maybe

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080 and i want get a new monitor a 24-27 inch 4k 120hz something like that

or a balanced 4k price/quality or a really good 1440p monitor i don't really know

Additional Comments: Also need a support monitor with 3 slots 2 of wich will be my 1080p old monitor 60hz + the new one, a rgb led strip for the pc case i want it mostly for white static leds effect so i can see all my pc inside regardless of time of day but more effects are welcome

Mount the rad on the top. You also have a vertical GPU mount to see the lights on the graphics card. I placed most of the budget towards important hardware components, one of them being that monitor. If you're spending that kind of money on hardware, it would be beneficial to be able to visually see all the capabilities of the RTX 2080 TI.

Ok sure but i mean regarding the other 2 thermaltake and corsair also i mentioned an led strip
