New GPU but games started sttutering

Hello guys im really angry. I put in a new graphics card MSI GeForce gtx 750ti oc. But now when i play any game etc. payday 2 csgo Farcry 4 they all sttuter like hell and i dont know why. I dont really know about pc stuff but i really need help and your advice.
My Specs:
Intel Core i5-4690 3.5 ghz
16 gb of ram
Windows 10 64 bit
MSI GeForce gtx 750ti OC

Is your monitor plugged into the 750 ti (not the motherboard)?

Check your CPU and GPU temperatures when gaming. (you can use GPU-z and coretemp, or MSI afterburner to do both)

The Fps is really good like in CSGO on high settings the fps is average 150 but when it stuters it goes to a 100 then back to 150

you might want to try a driver reinstall. when you say you don't know about pc stuff it leaves me to believe it could be some sort of improper installation. who knows

I have the monitor pluged in all good but my CPU tempreture is really high.When i play Farcry 4 the CPU goes to 100Celcius. The Gpu Goes about 60 Celcius

Could you tell me how or post a link of a video because i am really a noob to these things

The CPU is throttling. Stock cooler? Try reapplying the thermal paste and seat the cooler properly.

I dont have any thermal paste now so ill have to buy some

this is definitely probably the right answer. that CPU temp is wayyyyy too high

Yup CPU throttling performance due to overheating.
