New gpu= Internet problems??

I've got a AMD 5350,GA-AM1M-S2H, 8gb of Crucial ballistix ram gtx 650ti, 1tb, hdd. Okay so, i recently bought a GTX 950 (bought new) for my pc which had a 650 ti. When i swapped it I Began getting massive packet in every game i played for no reason. Got a new ISP. didn't fix anything. (cheaper isp for more speed tho)
so i switched back to my gtx 650 and all the problems disappeared... I don't know what to do since i've never heard or have experienced this before...

also, should this go in networking forum or in the gpu?
Any response is appreciated.

Are you sure your power supply isn't causing problems? The only way I could see a new video card causing issues was if it was giving off RF and you were using wireless.
