Question New GPU - Is it fully seated?

Hi, I'm making the jump from my RTX 2070 Super to a 4080. The problem: I'm not sure if this GPU is securely connected. The right side of the pcie connector is secure and snug, but I can easily pull the left side from the slot with a little tug. The latch clicks to indicate it's connected, but I am hesitant to boot it up.

Any advice?

Pictures of the connection, not easy to see but I feel like the left side looks a little goofy.

The left side can always be pulled out like that because there is no latch there. That's why you use screws to screw GPU securely to case, and after that it should not move.

In Image 1 / 4 the seating does not look flush.
