New gpu,new ssd fresh os installed bad latency Pls help !!!

Ok i just add new gpu and ssd to my build and install fresh os (win 10 64bit) playing online games and before ms was ok (about 60) but now is like 20 ms more but problem is here that when i play i can see noticable lag or how to i say screen lags then after few sec u see like when u remote fast i cant describe diffirent so what this can be i test my pc with msi after burner and gpu usage is 70-90 depends
gpu temp is about 50-60
cpu temp 40-50 celsius
fps is more then ok 150 +
Most of time i m playing warcraft and finally my components are
i5 4690
gtx 950
h97-hd3 rev.1
zalman cnps 10x
xfx pro550w
WDC WD5000AAKX-001CA0 500 gb
ST3500418AS 500 gb
Corsair Force LS SSD 120 gb

For online games, the latency could have to do with you playing at a time with lot of load on the server? If you are seeing the same effect in all online games that you normally play, then maybe it is something else. But try with different games first. That's all I can say for now.

Hmm. Well, then try to install offline games and see if those give you trouble as well. I am just trying to make sure it is the hardware. Also, LOL will give your GPU some exercise at 1080p, so don't worry.

well i think im gonna try gw2 is free and Im playing warcraft at 1080p at ultra with this setup at 100+ sometimes 150 + so going to see how is it gw2 on ultra and i report tomorow !!

Just a suggestion: Try rolling back to windows 7 or 8 (whichever you upgraded from, if you upgraded) and see if the problem persists. If no, then it is likely an OS compatibility problem.

Do you have all the latest drivers? Including Motherboard BIOS ?

well I cant use full uefi right on win 7 and i didnt upgrade i only doing clean install alwais and yes i have all latest drivers this is make me crazy now with new build new problems i had yesterday like 300 fps full ultra in warcraft isnt that strange ?and my game sometimes going very clearly and sometimes very slow all good fps ok but i got this issue and is so anoyying characters run in place for a few seconds, spells stop casting, then suddenly everything happens really fast? Characters run very quickly to another spot, spells/attacks all fire off at the same time?

Try optimizing the game with GPU software and let it set up itself however it wants. By the way....300 FPS si no better than 100 FPS so it's not making any difference.

yea i know but isnt that to hgh for ultra and what software u suggest for gpu optimizing and 1 more question is my monitor is in game 59.9 and in windows says 60 hz and i have only option in game 59.9 hz

i found sulution guys is 3d vision from nvidia uninstall all from programs in windows except nvidia graphics and physh i hope it help someone no lag any more )
