New GPU, No Signal/Incorrect Input

Going from a EVGA GTX 770 ACX GPU to an MSI 1070 and getting no signal, I'm suspecting that it's likely my power supply but i'd figure I'd ask the resident experts on the matter.

Build:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2400G
MB: MSI B350 Tomahawk ATX AM4
RAM: Patriot Viper Elite 16gb
HDD: Hitachi Ultrastar 7K3000
GPU:MSI - GeForce GTX 1070 8GB
PSU: EVGA - B3 450W 80+
