New GPU problem

Hello. I have a problem with a new GPU. Well.. old GPU. I have a computer that I want to upgrade with an ASUS Geforce GT 730 2Gb GDDR3 64 bits graphics card. The problem is that when I start my computer, it won’t go past the bios flash screen. Can anyone help me please?
MOBO: ECS A55F-M3
CPU: AMD A4-3300
RAM: 4Gb DDR3
GPU: ASUS Geforce GT 730 2Gb GDDR3
PSU: 450W
BIOS updated to latest version also

You may try use the DDU to uninstall the old GPU driver first with the old GPU, then shut down the PC, switch to the gt730.
