Getting a new GPU my budget is £450
Build: ryzen 5 3600
corsair 650w PSU
16gb 3200 ram
256gb nvme m.2
1TB HHD

I've been looking at the 2060 super as there only seems to be roughly 2% difference for the 2070 at £100 more.
Reading through some other forums people are talking about the Radeon 5700 xt but a few people have said they hate the software. So my question is should i go for a 2060 super if so what are your thoughts on preference of brand? or would I get better performance out of an radeon?

Solution
The RX5700xt is the best performing if you dont need rtx.

Amds software is clunky to use, but it actually has more features (overclocking is one) than geforce experience.

Monitor res and refresh?
What model of 650w corsair is it?

Corsair TX650M 650W 80 PLUS Gold Semi-Modular PSU Power Supply
1080p with 1ms refresh will eventually upgrade monitor though as only just built the comp and using my mates old R9 360 GPU.
Rtx I'm not overly concerned about as it's not a massive thing yet. I'm still new to building and such so I will learn about overclocking once I've got the basics down
