New gpu, the screen is flashing

Hi, I recently bought a MSI Geforce GT 1030 2G LP OC. It´s pretty big for my case so it doesn´t fit in. I solved it with PCI Riser and everything was ok, but after like 2 minutes, sometime 10 the screen goes crazy. It´s changing colors and flashing. Mostly when I start game like PES 2016 or GTA SAMP. Is the card damaged or is my BIOS damaged?

Could be the riser you are using, maybe the card is bad or was damaged, could be a power supply issue.

Need full system specs, and test the card in another system without using a riser.

Hi, I´m pretty sure it´s not because of Riser. My PC is Acer AX 3950 with :
i5 650
GT 320 default but as mentioned, I upgraded to GT 1030
PSU : liteon pe-5221-08 /not sure but I think its a 220W PSU/
4GB DDR3 Rams
Win7
1TB hard disk

The only way you will narrow down where the issue is is by removing all variables, including the riser and the power supply. Test the card in a system directly on the PCIe slot with a good power supply. Unless you just want to replace the card without testing things and see if the new one is OK.
