Question New GPU won't display anything

Hello,

I recently had an issue with my old GPU as it wouldn't boot the PC at all when plugged in, so I decided to purchase a new GPU which is:
ASUS GeForce RTX 3060.
After plugging it in, this one powers up since the lights and fans starts up, but I am not getting any display.

After searching I read it may be BIOS that needs to be updated or driver, however without any display, how can I update anything? I tried the Motherboard HDMI port, but that doesn't work either, I also do not believe my CPU has integrated graphics.

Edit: Tried removing the CMOS battery, still nothing

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I tried a few more things, removing the RAM and putting it back on, unplugging the PSU, and back in.
Held the power button for 20 sec, removed CMOS a few minutes, put it back together.
Still the same, the PC boots, the fans run, the GPU fans turn and lights are all on, but there is no output to the monitor. tried two different monitors and same thing
