New GPU won't turn on with rest of the computer

I'm upgrading from an AMD 560 to a 580, and when ever I put the 580 in my computer, it won't turn on with the rest of the computer, but my 560 still runs it perfectly fine. Thanks in advance.

Full system specs?

As is I would suspect a PSU issue of some sort.
