New graphic card screen works but wont start

I bought a new graphic card and installed it. The system starts but dosent load windows. I can see the startup image where you can press DEL for bios. This screen however is stuck for much longer then before and i cant rly press anything. After that it continues to a black screen with a blinking underscore where it stays.

Ive seen many people with same problem but ive done everything that solved theirs but dosent work for me.

I still have my old card and that works fine.

The things ive done so far is: Updated bios, remove old drivers, install new drivers, remove everything that i dont need to start, remove everything inside except for the ssd with windows.

My motherboard cant be broken since the old card still works. The old card is gigabyte gtx 580 and new evga gtx 770 according to reviews ive read evga 770 sc should require less power.

check the box that the card was in, it should have its power requirements on the back, I had the same problem for me, and read what the review websites said, look at the manufacturers website in the future

It says 600W should be fine.

If there is an option in the BIOS for the GPU OptionROM set it to Legacy mode and see if there is any change. Also, if you have not done so after update the BIOS with the other video card reset the BIOS when the system is off then set it to legacy and test with this card.

EVGA support and this solved my problem.
