7770 require 450w psu

The 8400 Rupees GTX 750 will work with 400 W PSU, but the HD 7770 needs 430 W PSU.

For your PSU, get the GTX 750 which will work with your PSU and still greater performance than HD7770.. (Also, the GTX 750's price is down now in flipkart, get it soon or you can check with retail stores' price).

And lesser performance than others. For Nvidia choose EVGA, ASUS & MSI. If need 5 years warranty, choose Zotac's AMP! Edition only but costs very high.

but after service and rma of these cards are bad in india.i don't know whether you are aware of it. i won't suggest any other cards if in india

Yes, I recommend to get it in retail shop always. I know many customers with those products and they're all happy to get these products because of their very low damage on first use. Also, it depends on the city you're. MSI motherboards are issue-full on basic, but not their GPUs.
