I Recently Got a new Graphics Card, its the 3060 Demon slayer card, which has like 12g and is pretty ok my specs Consist of
I7-11700K
DDR4 4Gx4
Geforce RTX 3060
Arock PHantom Gaming 3
650W Power Supply
For some reason running my computer. I've tried updating the drivers but each time i restart i get an error in device manager saying the status is "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"
I tried to install new drivers and im confused if this is a power supply issue or something, at the moment my second monitor(i have 2, 1 on integrated graphics, and one on my new gpu, and the new gpu doesn't work unless each time i restart i download new drivers, and the reason i restarted again was because of a crash where blue lines slowly started on my main screen (the GPU) from top to bottom, can anyone help please

Id say its GPU problem, what retailer did you buy from?

Do you have another GPU to test with to see if you get a similar result? Otherwise from what you've posted it is pointing towards a bad GPU, code 43 is a driver communication error with the hardware. Any time ive seen that error its either been a GPU BIOS or hardware error. If its a new card out of the box, id say its not likely a GPU BIOS issue. Is that card still within the return or exchange period? Also if you're going to return it, have you considered the RX 6600 , most of the performance of an RTX 3060 for much less money at this point. Or if its the card from the newegg link below, you actually have a ton more options. An RTX 3070 TI's or RX 6800(XT)'s are much faster for not much more. Or you could get an RX 6700 XT or 6750 XT, those are still 30% faster (actually pretty much as fast as that RTX 3070 TI in anything that isnt ray tracing) for much less ($350 or less).

Please tell me you didnt pay $490 for this?

The article below has a list of all of the GPU's mentioned above in it, and has them all compared by their time spy scores.

So the first thing that im starting off, i used to have a 1060 and that worked for me completely, i started off with a game i used to play on there which was just a modded minecraft modpack with some shaders that my 1060 ran perfectly fine, after conncting in the Geforce RTX 3060 which i got for 400 at a MicroCenter so not used or damaged, and ended up having 8-10 frames, i more want to know what is the issue and if it is an error with the hardware to know if i should not keep it, i more want to know if its a fixable issue or a me problem need better other components, or if i need to get a different Card

Edit: I havent yet updated the bios because i know it can be a subject i dont know the best and not the most confortable so idk what im doing so thats why i also havent messed with that the most. This was just an upgrade but the old card was handeling games better

That corsair is a decent unit, you could try updating the motherboard bios but I dont think thats your issue. You could try swapping out the GPU and seeing if it keeps having problems, sometimes new equipment does have problems out of the box. I think current failuer rates are around 1%. Not huge, but definitely enough for you to occasionally run into a problem on new hardware.
