New Graphics Card Help Titan X

I am looking to upgrade my GPU from a 1050. My CPU is an i7-7700 and i have 16gb of RAM. I saw this gpu (https://www.ebay.com.au/i/182813097945?chn=ps&dispItem=1) and it looked like a pretty good deal since i'd heard that titan x cards were good. However while doing some research i found out that this the Geforce Evga card not the new NVIDIA one that is close to the 1080ti (i think) so i was wondering would this still be a good upgrade. I am using it for high graphics gaming such as Skyrim with ENB. Please help

It is the maxwell, not the pascal, it is even weaker then a gtx 1080.

Yes, this has the same performance in gaming as the latest Titan XP. It is the fastest videocard on the market.
