New graphics card wont display anything

I bought a graphics card not too long ago and it wouldn't display anything, nothing but a black screen when I turned on my computer. I thought it was just broken so I traded it in for a different one. When I tried to put this new on in, Geforce GTX 750ti, it did the same thing. But, when I put in my old graphics card in and I power up, everything works just fine.

Maybe Your BIOS Is Not Detecting Your New GPU And Treating It Like Old GPU Which Does Not Match...You Should Try Resetting BIOS And ReInstalling GPU And It;s Drivers
