Hey guys, I purchased a new hard drive (Seagate 1TB 7200rpm) about two months ago but I've been receiving problems ever since. While I'm using the hard drive it randomly displays a BSOD (with various errors) and then reboots. Upon switching on I receive a "Hard drive not installed" message which doesn't allow me to progress into Windows. So it switches off. However, if I switch it on again, it boots directly into Windows. Any solution would be great. The video below shows the issue in a more comprehensive way.

Firstly, please see this guide for info to include in BSOD posts: https://forums.tomshardware.com/thr...nclude-in-blue-screen-of-death-posts.3468965/

Following that, if the issues only occurred after installing that HDD, then you're probably limited on what the problem is.

Is it just an additional HDD or did you install an OS on it? If so, how did you do this?
Does it stay in windows normally after the second boot?
If so you could also run HDD diagnostics just to ensure it isn't obviously faulty: https://www.sysnative.com/forums/threads/hard-drive-hdd-diagnostics-sea-tools-for-dos-ssd-test.4072/
