Let me first say that I am not sure if this is the correct place to put this message. If there is a more appropriate place on the forums for this post, Please direct me.

I am currently using a Lenovo y510P and i am looking at getting an ssd to replace the hard drive. I have a samsung 850 evo in my desktop and I was going to put that in my laptop to see if adding an ssd would make as much of a difference as I wanted it to. When I put the ssd in and started up my laptop I was presented with an error message saying "bios load error". I am concerned because I am hoping that i would not get an error if i were to put a new ssd with a fresh install of windows on it. Does anybody know why i would get this error? I would not think that windows would matter too much because it was to do with the bios of the computer, but i am not the expert here.Any advice on the subject would be very appreciated.

I will try this tomorrow. I forgot about going into the bios to disable that.
