Hello everyone,
So after playing games on * hhd hard drive (long loading screens, not loaded full textures), I am going to buy better hdd + ssd. And the question is - shall I put Windows in ssd and rest, including games, on hdd, or vice versa? I really don't need 1-sec loading screen, but I wish pc wouldn't be paralyzed after clicking alt+tab in some games.

Solution

Windows and most/all your applications on the SSD.
Maybe a game or two. Don't go over 200GB actual used space.
Everything else on the HDD.

Steam games can be moved back and forth easily.
