New headphones, do i need a soundcard?

hey guys, just got a set of beats mixrs a while ago, and im building a new computer, so i was wondering, is it worth getting a sound card, and if it is, which one should i get? (budget is up to about 150, but less is preferable)
both pci-e and pci cards will fit.
one last thing, i am in australia and my prefered site is pccasegear.com

Most likely your mobo will have onboard audio and that will do it for the headphone. No need to spend money for a separate soundcard.

the motherboard does have audio, although, the motherboard was pretty cheap and as such im not expecting much from its audio...
i like having good sound quality (hence the reason i spent almost 400 on headphones)

In my apinion, if your willing to spend 400$ on headphones then dont go cheep on the sound card. Does your mobo have PCI or PCIe?

Sound Blaster ZxR 200$ something wen it comes out in a month or 2 (but wate for the reiews first)

i was thinking to get the sound blaster Z and then get the front bay controller seperately if it is compatible (although im struggling to find it for sale seperately

the Xonax essence STX is 169 here and the ST is 180...

the Z is mainl a gameing platform from what ive been reading b ut with good audiofileing as well, the zrx will be the top end audiofile format wen it comes out from what i understand. The z has good reviews but still new.... Im leening tords the z myself but the HT Omega E-Claro hands down is the most liked system for top end sound.
