New Homepage Feedback Round 2

Dormantreign's last design is really great and very tidy. The Beta 2 design just doesn't have it, look at the bottom of the Beta 2 homepage; all sections should end at the same line. TH's only problem with Dormantreign's design could only be that the ads are not big enough (under the menu bar there is a very long rectangle ad), if there is any problem. 😀

This is how I see it:

Note that the page doesn't work well when I use browsers zoom feature. I need it because fonts are too small, and is wrong to assume that the screen proportions are LCD like.
