New i7 3770k build

Greetings all

I recently got an i7 3770k. I had requested an i5 3570k from a family member in new york and she bought the i7 3770k which was purchased at a micro center store. I had a build for the i5 3570k but i think that with the i7 there will be a bottleneck, so im now looking at options for a different build your advice will be greatly appreciated.

Mostly gaming and graphics designing

Id like this PC to be really quiet. also i'd like 2 run Assassins Creed Black Flag and

Time i got a new 1 cause old 1 is outdated (AM2+ CPU, DDR2 RAM ).

so i bought the msi g45 thunderbolt mobo today and the tech told me that the i7 3770k would not work without a graphic card. so that got me thinking it is true or not, or he just nuts?
 

The Core i7-3770K has HD Graphics 4000, so it will work without a graphics card. The tech just doesn't know what he's talking about.

Just don't expect to play games on Ultra settings with it.
