New installed ram problem

I have a z170 gaming k4 with 3x 4gb hyperxfury on the 4 slots

Yesterday i bought 2x 8gb ram corsair and i installed it, started the pc, it was working fine recognizing all the 24 gb of ram (2x4 + 2x8).

When i powered off the pc video mouse and keyboard powered off normally but the pc didn't want to shutdown so i keep pressed the power buttom and it finally shutdown.

Than i tried to power it on again to be sure everything was fine, but it wasn't the pc was doing something i guess, but monitor keyboard and mouse was still powered off.

What can i do ?

I think It could maybe be that your power supply does not have enough power to feed all of your USB. I ran into a similar problem before. What version of Windows are you running? Can you get to the login screen fine but without mouse or keyboard working?
