Hello i would like to ask if anyone can explain to me or help me why my new laptop is sometimes just freezing for no reason or at least i can,t see any rason
I just bought a new laptop 2 months ago and everything was fine for the first month but then since a few weeks now it always randomly freezes when i am playing games and just to high graphic settings seems not to be the reason whenever i am playing games that need more pc power like Read dead redemtion 2 Battelfield 5 or Far cry 6 for example or games that need only very little graphic settings that should be no problem for my pc like counter strike 2 or Transport fever 2 , city skylines 1 for example it just keeps happening in every game at first i had no problems at all everything was running smooth but than after about 1 month it started to happen
It happens maybe about 1 or 2 per h that the complete Laptop freezes when it happens the laptop is not responding to any key inputs for about 10-20 sec and depending on which game i play the picture also completely freezes for about 10-20 sec then everything back to normal but the laptop or game has never actually crashed during or after a freeze
but i also noticed in some games like The dark Pictures Anthology when the freeze happend while i was inside a cutscene that the screen picture did not freeze it continued as normal but still the pc was not reacting to any key inputs again for 10-20 sec .
Can anyone explain or help me what,s going on here
I checked the TAB manager many times during that but everything seems normal also I re installed my laptop already but did not really help

16 GB ram
Intel i7 12650H 2.30 GHz
RTX 4060 8GB
