New MB but only beeping

I bought a new QDI Advance 10F MB. On power up I get repeating POST beeping nothing on the display. All connections check OK. Removed all items except PC133 128mb memory, floppy, hard disk, video card, PS2 keyboard and PS2 mouse. Still same.

Dealer not open today so I thought you might read this and offer me any advice.

Be careful with old power supply when buying A GOOD new moterboard.
Some (cheap) power supplies do not have proper Power_Good circuity.
Some motherboards are more sensitive to an improperly designed or improperly
functioning Power_Good signal than others. Startup problems are often the result
of improper Power_Good signal timing. This happens sometimes when a motherboard replaced
in a system and the system intermittently failed to start properly after the power turned on.
This could be very difficult to diagnose, because the problem appeared to be caused
by the new motherboard. In this case replacing the power supply with
a high-quality one, is the proper solution.
