Question New mobo and CPU, booted to bios yesterday but white VGA light today

Bought a new case, mobo and CPU and everything seemed fine yesterday when I built it. Only issue was that it booted to bios and couldn't detect any bootable device. I figured I needed to do a fresh install of windows but that I could do that the next day (today).

This morning, I can't even get to the bios and the mobo's white VGA light is on.

Any ideas what could of happened and anything I can try to fix this?

Mobo: Asus TUF gaming x570-PLUS wifi
CPU: Ryzen 5800x
GPU: MSI RTX 3070
PSU is a modular 850w bronze

Edit: My GPU worked fine in my previous setup, the lights/fans turned on in the new build

Edit 2: PSU is Thermaltake TR2 RX 850 Bronze (not gold)

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Did you reinstall the OS after the motherboard swap?

PSU is a modular 850w gold
What is the make and model of the unit? How old is the PSU in your build?
I did not reinstall the OS, I can't get to the bios and I can't get it to boot on a flash drive with windows on it.

The PSU is a Thermaltake TR2 RX 850w and I can't remember exactly when I bought it. Think I got it when I purchased a GTX 970 7+ years ago.
