Hello everyone.
I recently bought a monitor which is Samsung Odyssey G5 34" Ultra WQHD 2K 1ms 165Hz Freesync HDR10 1000R Curved.

After I installed it, I noticed some blinking. They were really infrequent so I was unable to catch them but then it become more frequent and started disturbing me. Also sometimes some white-blueish lines showing up very fast in the middle of screen like tear or something.
But the more weird thing is my computer started to freeze. Windows just freezes, mouse and everything. Sometimes I notice it's just the view (because I can hear the youtube video's sound) but sometimes it also crashes. I always have to reset the computer from the button on case in these situations.
I tried connecting it with different display ports and there were no difference. I also tried it connecting through HDMI and it got worse. It shuts up and down every 5 seconds or something.

Okay after all of these events I sent the monitor back to Samsung service and kept using my pc with my old monitor without any of these problems.
And my biggest fear happened and they sent it back saying "we have tested it and it has no problems"

If they are right I'm guessing it's a problem about my computer hardware or software. Does anybody have any idea? A format can solve it? Or is it about one of my hardwares?

I'd appreciate all help because I really paid a lot for it and there's nothing I can do besides selling it second hand. Thanks.

(My specs: i7 8700 cpu, asus prime z370-p motherboard, evga rtx3070, 16gb ram)
