Question New monitor has destroyed my performance

Just installed a new odyssey g7 27". Loaded up BFV to see my performance being absolutely terrible. 1440p monitor. I have played the game with DSR on 1440p and 4k, and the difference is unimaginable. I really don't know what could be wrong.

3080 ti, 5800x, 3200mhz ram. Old monitor was a 1080p AOC, which i played games in dsr 1440p and 4k. Idk what to do tbh. Makes no sense

I getting 40 fps lower in 4k dsr. Booted into the metro map with same settings. CPU in low 70s, usage 50-70. Gpu 97%, temp is 65-70 and 80 for vram. I have an M2 samsung and a regular samsuns 1tb ssd. Corsair RMX 850w psu

Just tested rdr2 with the same settings used, and im getting 15 fps lower on average, with the same dsr setting
