Question New monitor has massive red streaks then a yellow burn in that wont go away

Hello everyone just wondering if this can be fixed as this monitor is brand new and I would like to avoid the process of sending it back to the company I ordered it from and waiting for them to send out a new one. Im not sure what happened I left my room and came back the red screen you can see in the picture I unplugged the monitor and plugged it back in and now these yellow lines wont go away.

At best all you can try is another video cable or use another display output and see if it's any better. If it's still a problem, you got a bad unit.
