New monitor or CPU ?

Hello guys.I have AMD a10 5800K CPU and Samsung HDTV which supports natively 1360x768.I have also GTX 760.At 1360x768 i have bottleneck in almost ANY game,I tried with GTA V,Crysis 2,BF3,BF4 and if I switch to Full HD my gpu is usually at 97-100 % so I think this is removing CPU bottleneck.But another problem is,my TV isn't supporting natively FHD and the image is I think worse than 1360x768 (I was using TV settings to correct image,but despite this image is better at 1360x768.)I don't know if it's better to buy some better CPU like 3570K,some aftermarket cooler and decent motherboard for overclocking or Full HD monitor,which I think is better option,but my friend told me I need to buy CPU and don't worry too much about resolution and image.Also,buying CPU requires greater budget,which I don't have but in next year I will be able to buy this.Sorry for my bad English,I was writing fast and in advance thanks for any help provided.

P.S Regards the monitor,I'm interested in AOC i2369Vm,I read some reviews and practicaly everyone recommends it.

imho, it's wiser to have a rig that holds the potential to do better while still stuck on lesser display than having less powerful rig that unable to used better display properly.

Yeah,but I still don't know because Full HD is practically removing bottleneck...

How did you conclude going FHD removes your bottleneck?
FHD actually means a lot more work needs to be done. Meaning, if you have issues running at 768p, I don't think going 1080p rectify it.

Because at 1080p my GPU usage is usually stable at 97-100 % and at 768p it's dropping even to 50 %..
And I heard raising resolution means more work to GPU which in my case is good,but buying CPU is also decent option so I have dilemma...

A good monitor will last you MUCH longer than any CPU. So I would save your money for a while and invest in a really good monitor.

With the odd sized monitor you have, chances are your GPU is spending a good chunk of its processing power resizing the image to fit on your TV, so getting a monitor with a native resolution of 1920x1080 (or bigger) will help quite a bit.

By 'usage', does it actually means GPU workload or VRAM workload? I really don't think it's the first. Larger display dictates larger VRAM usage.

GPU usage by MSI Afterburner,I'm writing about this.Kittle,isn't i2369Vm a good monitor ? In the sense good of gaming, watching movies? Because I don't know whether it makes sense to invest in something better even though I will not feel much of a difference

One more thing,I have 78 C on my GPU while 100 % load,isn't that too much ? It's not throttling because at 1080p running fine but just another question.

I didnt check to see if it was a good monitor or not.

My point was to save some more money so you can have a bigger budget, and then get something thats better than the i2369Vm

Ok,but what's the point of buying this monitor ? It will raise my gaming experience by 5x ? I don't know if it's worth buying monitor for huge money.
