New motherboard and no video output

I installed my new ram motherboard and CPU today. Every component is installed correctly. I turned pc on but no video output is obtained from the motherboard. I don't know what to do please help.

Components
MSI B450M mortar motherboard
Ryzen 5 2400G
Corsair 16GB(2x8) D4 3000Mhz CMK16GX4M2D3000C16 RAM
Sandisk Ultra II 240 GB SSD
FSP FSP600-60AHBC 600W Power Supply

EZ debug leds turned off wihin one second, all fans and motherboard are still running.

So far I tried below things:
BIOS Update with Flashback+ but it is failed. (I changed name to MSI.ROM, used different flashdisk also)
Different one piece RAM
bios clear
external video card (AMD 5850)
Different displays

but no video output. If I can identify where is the problem, i can return the broken part. Any advice?

My friend and I were having trouble with a similar AMD processor. I would try re-seating the CPU and trying again. It was in correctly but, processors with pins tend to be a bit fussy.
