New motherboard for dell 5675 with ryzen 7 1700X

Deciding if I should just build from scratch. Can you replace the Dell motherboard in a 5675 tower with a new gaming motherboard (msi, asus, etc) or just build a new computer period.

Yeah that's a new build. Proprietary motherbd and PSU in there.
