I've recently bought a gtx 960 but sadly it doesn't work with my motherboard so i need to upgrade it too..
my specs:
PSU(530watt):Seasonic s12 II bronze520watt(http://www.seasonicusa.com/S12II-Bronze.htm)
CPU:intel i5-3470 @ 3.20GHz
GPU(gtx 960): http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5373#sp

I'm looking for around 100$ motherboard that will support all of the ebove , I'm getting only 1 gpu and not planning to upgrade so it doesnt have to support sli.
Thanks for helping!

Solution
I recommend getting an ASRock Z75 Pro3, ASRock B75M-DGS R2.0, or the Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H. The ASRock Z75 Pro3 is ATX sized, while the other two are micro-ATX sized.

Thanks for the quick response, Can you tell me whats the difference between ATX size and micro-ATX size?

ATX size is a the standard size for a motherboard that usually offers a bit more features than micro ATX motherboards and more room for expansion. Micro ATX size is just the smaller version of the ATX size. Micro ATX are also for people who are going to make their PC portable.
