Hi, so a couple months ago i fitted a 1050ti into my ASUS M32BF desktop prebuilt pc after i had found out it was compatible with my motherboard. However, i am stuck with an intergrated graphics cpu amd a10 7800, and i dont think i can change it. My fps did increase in most games after fitting this but i still dont feel it is enough as some games like csgo have barely increased in fps so i still play around 60-90. So, i am looking for another motherboard that is reasonably cheap, supports my DDR3 ram (as i have 12gb so dont really want to change) supports a GTX 1050 ti and i do have another cpu (i5 2500k). I am not in too much of a rush but i am attending a lan in the summer so would want a reasonably good setup by then. Thanks for the help.

The motherboard just needs to have decent quality and not be a thin early gen board. Honestly overclocking is more CPU dependent, some chips clock better than others. All you can really do is make sure it's well cooled and give it a Z77 platform.

Here is a list of Z77 boards, usually I stick with Asus, ASRock, Gigabtye, and MSI in that order (all good companies) just look through each board in a new tab and see if it has all the features you want.

Thanks for that, didnt realise it was as simple as that. I am going to go for the Gigabyte GA-Z77M-D3H Z77M-D3H motherboard LGA1155 DDR3 32GB Micro-ATX as it is quite cheap. As i think my motherboard now is micro atx. Also will a 450w power supply be enough for this build as that is what i have in now. Will it be sufficient?

i probably wont be overclocking as i really dont know what im doing tbh, i currently have a corsair cx 450w in atm, i take it this will be ok? thanks for the responses guys
