New motherboard... Install any drivers? Graphics card not 100%.. Windows "Time".. etc

So I just had to replace my motherboard, which I have never replaced that alone, its usually a full rebuild. So now I have a new motherboard (exact make/model) with all my parts from before.

First question is what all actually needs to be done? I noticed my time on Windows 7 is not right so I assume there are several other things that need to be done as well.

Also my 3rd monitor on my card isnt showing up. I figured all my drivers were on my harddrive so I wouldnt have a problem with this but it seems like there is something going on with the new board and screens.

Any info on what needs to be done to make this new montherboard the "same" setup as the other that I may be forgetting to do would be appreciated! Thanks

If it wasn't a very similar motherboard , you need to do a clean install of Windows.

It is the exact same motherboard. Windows is up and running fine, I just reliazed the time is not right so I know there must me a few other things I need to do.

Also can someone mark this unsolved, I hit the button accidently

If it's the exact same board there should be nothing to do.

Other than the time is wrong on windows. Is that the only thing that happens? Do I need to run a bios update?

You can reset the time right from the desktop or the BIOS.

Only update the BIOS if you are have serious issues or it's for compatibility.

Shouldnt windows 7 automatically update the time though? I know I can easily change it I just want to make sure nothing is messed up
