Hello,
So I replaced my GTX 960 and old 450W PSU with a new 3060 Ti and new 650W PSU. I have 2 Samsung monitors of the same model, 1 monitor is connected with HDMI cable and the other one with DisplayPort to HDMI cable.
When I turn on the PC all the BIOS and stuff is displayed on the monitor which is connected to the DP, after the BIOS Windows loads on the other monitor connected to the HDMI and the first monitor goes "No Signal" and Windows can't detect it at all.
Tried different things and found out that when drivers are not installed, the DP monitor works fine and after drivers finish the installation it goes black and the HDMI monitor turns on.
Another thing which I'm not sure is connected to this problem is that after installing the new parts I get 4 short beeps and then the 1 normal beep I always had when turning on the PC.

Things I've tried to do to fix the problem:
-Switching the monitors
-Turning off PC and monitors, unplug both of them, wait a few minutes and connect the DP monitor
-Reset CMOS by removing the battery for a few minutes
-Using DDU to clean install GPU drivers
-Playing with some settings in Windows
-Playing with some settings in NVIDIA Control Panel
-I made sure everything is seated properly on the motherboard
-I made sure all the cable are properly connected
-Tried all the DP connections

With the GTX 960 I had no 4 beeps and both monitors were working perfectly fine.
Hope you can help me as I'm out of ideas and couldn't fine any solution.
