Question New or better CPU?

Hello there,

Currently my system is
AMD A10-7870k Radeon R7, 12 Computer Cores 4C+8G 3,90 GHz
with a Gigabyte Motherboard that has the FM2+ socket for my CPU

Is there a better, and/or, a faster CPU that uses the same socket (FM2+) so i can upgrade my pc
and that my games will run smoother then before???

What motherboard is it specifically?
Unfortunately a CPU + Motherboard compatibility is more than the socket.

There isnt much on thag socket that would be mucb of an upgrade.

I would concider an upgrade to a newer ryzen platform

No, that cpu is about the best FM2+ cpu there is. The only thing you could do is use a discrete gpu which would be better than the igpu but as far as the cpu portion goes that is good as it gets. There is a 7890K which is about a 100 MHz faster which is nothing basically.
