Here is a link to my new pc specs.

A week ago I bought myself a new PC. I installed windows 10 (not activated because I need to find the code) and download the asus CD that came with the motherboard. The first game I installed was Fortnite and a instantly saw that my stutters were bigger and a lot more than my first setup (gtx 750 ti, i5 4460, 8gb ram). I thought it was Fortnite but after I played Fortnite I installed Rainbow six siege and also saw that my game stutters sometimes. I updated all my drivers and bios and still have the stutters.

Also my disk usage went up to a 100% while starting my PC and opening google chrome. Can someone find the problem in PC what causes to stutter. Or find things I probably didn't turn on like High Performance settings in Power options (I did turn that on)

I would be very grateful if someone can find the problem. (I am dutch so I don't if this is all good english)

install your chipset drivers first, the reboot.
next i suggest reinstalling your GPU drivers.
Then you can install the rest of your motherbd drivers; basically lan & audio if you dont use the intel gpu.

Okay, Do I also need to reinstall windows?

Also I wanted to install VGA on https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-B360-G-GAMING/HelpDesk_Download/ but I doesnt let me because it says I didn't have the minimum requirements? Do you know why?

you probably do not need to install windows again unless we can't get the stuttering corrected. that's the last thing you do.

please do as advised above, get your drivers and install them and reboot. then reinstall your gpu drivers and reboot. retest and post back with results. thanks.

Yes, I appreciate your help but what I am trying to tell is that when I go to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28148/Intel-Graphics-Windows-10-DCH-Drivers (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28139/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10?product=126687 they say it is compatible with my cpu)
or
https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-B360-G-GAMING/HelpDesk_Download/
to download VGA it says my system doesn't have the minimum requirements... so I can't install the newest drivers because it doesn't let me...

what says you don't meet requirements? the downloads?

trust the motherboard page. it won't steer you wrong. i know what you says is bull because i just downloaded all the drivers sets for that board from that very page. nothing says you can't.

So I downloaded some drivers accept the VGA (I use geforce graphics) because I gave me that error I send a picture of. Now I have less stutters but while gaming for example fortnite my cpu is 50% and still gives me stutters. My gpu is also not running high but I think that came from me lower settings I use on fortnite. I think my cpu shoots up to 100% and causes stutters. Also when in the lobby or making quick movements I get stutters.

Thanks. I tried to install to VGA driver from the CD but also there it gave me the error. Plus when I opened the menu of the CD the VGA drivers doesn't even pop up. I think I will call asus.

Maybe, but I found a solution when downloading the VGA driver. I needed to turn the intel graphics on in my cpu. Now I installed the driver and still have stutters.

Look, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K2FV-E0NGEU , this guy has a 1060 6gb, i5 8400, and 8gb ram and has 60% cpu usage while on epic. I have the same specs and my cpu usage is 90%..... also on low settings my CPU usage is higher the my GPU usage, but his CPU usage is lower than is GPU usage... is there something wrong with settings?

Things I already did are:
- Settings to high performance mode
- Reinstall windows
- Updating to last drivers
- Physx to GPU
