New PC and very high ping

Hey... I just bought a new PC, just plugged everything in, downloaded needed appi and saw that my computer is too slow. With my last PC my ping was 40-70ms, but i was using a different WiFi adapter. Then i bought a WiFi cable and silla it didnt fix the problem, any idas how to fix this problem?

what's wifi cable? if you mean Ethernet cable, after you plug in the cable, try testing with wifi disabled.

Eehh i do think i found out what was the problem.... The adapter, just a poor and a cheap adapter it came with... Thanks anyways
