[SOLVED] New pc bad resolution

While playing the resolution seems a bit blurry especially further away and sometimes i can see the pixels at building edges.Things are also rendering in front of me like people and buildings in some games.im playing on 1080p . i have reinsalled windows 10 and the drivers but still the same.Any advice?

it's an Samsung s24d300 and im using an hdmi cable
