Question New PC Black Screen

Hello. I just build a new PC but when i boot the PC, the fans and the LEDs are working, but there is no display on the monitor.
I tough that maybe the motherboard were DOA and i replace it by a new one, but the there is the same problem.

The components are:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3400g
MoBo: Asus B450 TUF gaming plus, (with the update to use the ryzen 3000)
RAM: Kingston Hyperx Fury DDR4 3200 Mhz 2x4GB
PSU: Aerocool Lux 650 W
Chase: Aerocool SHARD

using hdmi/dvi? not using any adapter to the monitor?

I use the HDMI Port. With the monitor i use an adaptor HDMI/VGA, but i tested too with a TV with a HDMI cable and its the same problem. I tested the adaptor with other PC and works 😐. Thanks for the reply.
