I am about to get all these parts from BF to cyberM: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/r7kRTC
So I may swap some parts depending discounts.

Questions:
  • Is all of this compatible?
  • Will I need a wireless chip for this mobo?
  • Is there anywhere that I am spending too much money as im trying to work on a slight budget?
Also don't worry about the graphics card as I have GTX 1650 that I can work with until I get a 1660 super.
This build will mainly be used for gaming and some light editing as im a studying graphic designer.

Solution
You don't need an aftermarket cooler. To keep costs down for the time being, work with the stock cooler. BF deals might pop up for a better cooler than the 212.

I'd ditch the WD SSD in favor of something from AData or Samsung's 970 Evo Plus:

I'd also try and see if I could make a smaller form factor system. What is your absolute budget?

Edit:
I went ahead and tweaked the build again. Check it out:
