Question New PC build, all programs randomly crash and end up having to restart my PC with front power button

So I built my PC a couple weeks ago and the build went pretty smooth. All drivers installed and temperatures are fairly low. But every couple hours or just completely randomly, all applications will not respond and i am not able to shut down my computer in the start menu. I have to hard restart it holding down the power button. I turn it back on and everything is fine again. I've tried reinstalling drivers, watching temps, factory resetting windows. But nothing seems to work. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
