New pc build BSOD and windows say that only 2.96 gb of ram is free

Good day, i bought new pc and i have BSOD when i am calling with someone in skype... windows say that only 2.96 gb of memory is free, and pc is pretty laggy

AMD FX-8320e
Asus r9 290 OC 4 GB Ram
msi 970 gaming
evga 600b
zalman z11
8gb 1866 hyperx fury
seagate barracuda 7200 1tb

What operating system are you using?

The limit for RAM on 32 bit / x86 is 4GB - you need to be using 64 bit / x64, although I'm not sure why it is coming up as 2.96GB

That's harder to answer - could be any combination of hardware or software problems.

i downloaded some program to see BSOD, look. in both same problem

You could for the frst time to reinstall drivers or to change the os from x32 to x64 bits. Meine BSOD's were all caused by the faulty drivers...

Guys i had turn on oc genie i dont know why so i turned it off and now i am playing cs go on ultra settings and calling with friends and everything is well
