I build a new computer with X99-A with 5820k Cpu with EVEA GEFroce GTX 970 GPU but it's not displayed on my monitor

Are you plugging the monitor into the GPU or motherboard?

X99 board won't have any graphics ports.

As long as you are sure the GPU is installed correctly into the 1st motherboard PCIe x16 slot and you have plugged in both 6-pin PCIe power connectors you should be getting video.

If HDMI or Displayport aren't working, try DVI. Some boards are strange until they get into Windows or an OS.

@eximo right now I have a DVI to VGA cable connected to my monitor and my second monitor is connected HDMI

While I won't say for certain the DVI output can't be converted to analog, you should probably look into that. DVI-D = Digital DVI-I = Digital/Analog

I would try one monitor at a time to start.
