So here are the parts I've chose minus the windows 7, I should be able to find it cheaper. Total build even with that windows 7 purchase is 470ish bucks.
1. Corsair Carbide Series SPEC-01 Mid Tower Gaming Case
2.LG Electronics Internal Super Multi Drive Optical Drives GH24NSC0B
3.Western Digital (WD) Caviar Blue 500 GB (500gb) SATA III 7200 RPM 16 MB Cache Bulk/OEM Desktop Hard Drive for PC, Mac, CCTV DVR, NAS, RAID- 1 Year Warranty
4. MSI Intel H81 LGA 1150 DDR3 USB 3.1 Micro ATX Motherboard (H81M-P33)
5.Intel G3258 4 Pentium 3.20 GHz 3M Cache 2 Core Processor (BX80646G3258)
6.EVGA 430 W1, 80+ WHITE 430W, 3 Year Warranty, Power Supply 100-W1-0430-KR
7.ASUS STRIX GeForce GTX 750TI Overclocked 2 GB DDR5 128-bit DisplayPort HDMI 1.4a DVI-I Graphics Card
8.Corsair Vengeance 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory
I plan on overclocking the processor to around 4ghz, since I've read it's capable of that stock cooling. I've read good reviews about 750ti overclocked. Figured I'd give it a go considering the lovely price. My main question is with the optical drive and hard drive, they are going to work with that Mobo, right? Also the case being a mid tower should do me just fine, right?
So without a 65 dollar windows 7 added in that build is only 400 bucks.
