I am going to buy a new pc build for streaming and light gaming at 720p.
This is what I have picked:
CPU: AMD ryzen 3400G
MB:. Gigabyte B450M DS3H
Power supply: Bitfenix Formula Gold 650w
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport LT DDR4 2666 16GB

I chose 650w so I can have the option to upgrade to a good graphics card later in 1 year maybe.

Any advice about the parts or better options?

I'd recommend the above RAM, as it is dual rank which can make a big difference in performance as per this article:

Don't know if the Patriot memory you linked is dual rank or not.

The above...

I will reuse a samsung 850 evo SSD for now but I will upgrade to an m.2 970 evo later 240GB.

What RAM do you think I should go with DDR4 3200 16GB?
Is this Ram speed compatible with the b450M motherboard?

The above motherboard has better power delivery for the integrated graphics. Keep in mind that any B450 board may need a BIOS upgrade to support a 3400G. Which would require an older CPU that is already supported. If you want a board that can be updated without having an older CPU, I'd go with this: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/pBWfrH/msi-b450-a-pro-atx-am4-motherboard-b450-a-pro
or:
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/9C...s-micro-atx-am4-motherboard-b450m-gaming-plus

The first one is a full size ATX, the 2nd is microATX.

I have a amd x4 phenom 2 9600 be i think I cant use that with that board right?

It would have to be an AM4 chip with a model number starting with "1" or "2".

If you buy one of the last two boards I linked, you can update it yourself without any CPU. Regardless of which B450 board you buy, it might come with a recent enough BIOS, but not guaranteed. Otherwise you either have to:

-See if a local computer shop will do it for you
-Confirm with the online retailer which BIOS version it ships with. If you buy in-store you can check for a little "ready for ryzen 3000" sticker on it
-Buy a different, cheap CPU and do it yourself
-Request an upgrade kit from AMD, where they ship you a supported chip. Not sure if they're still doing this though.

I will go with msi b450m gaming plus micro atx then for the motherboard.

For the memory I chose the patriot viper steel.
2 dimms of 8GB of DDR 4 3200
Sorry I didn't understand the term dual rank I assume is 2 physical dimms of memory right?

Well after the changes this is how the build looks like:
This is what I have picked:
CPU: AMD ryzen 3400G
MB:. MSI B450M Gaming Plus
Power supply: Bitfenix Formula Gold 650w
RAM: Patriot Viper Steel DDR4 3200 8GB x2

Ah, ok. It looks like they don't have that particular kit in the best RAM article, but the fact that the series shows up a couple times in the article seems like a good sign. Still not sure if it's dual rank or not, but I'm sure they'll be fine.

Out of curiosity, why do you need to purchase from Amazon? The g skill kit on Newegg is slightly cheaper, and has free shipping.

I really tried a few years ago to create a newegg account but I live in Santo Domingo and the newegg register just didn't work for me that time I can try again and see if I can create a newegg account.

Going with a cheaper quad core and cheaper memory. With a RX570 it's still fairly cpu-gpu ballanced.

My ram is e-die. I dont believe the ripjaws you linked is b-die, but it shouldnt matter.
Based on that reddit post, it looks like you can't get dual rank B die unless you get a 32GB kit unfortunately. But based on the Tom's article I linked, it looks like overall the benefit of dual rank is greater than running at a higher speed or shaving a couple cycles off CAS latency (which would be the main benefit of getting B-die, AFAIK). I think B die tend to be more expensive too.
