Approximate Purchase Date: within a week, can wait a month if new parts are coming out.

Budget Range: 1700 can go to 2000 if it makes the pc last longer

IMO, if you have a Microcenter that close, it would be an excellent place to go. They have some really good combo pricing as well as support and repair on site. If you have any issue it is a quick trip there and back with part in hand rather than mailing out and waiting.
There are some components that are often cheaper on Amazon such as memory and drives.

I agree but over the years that places is a zoo :) sometimes ill pay more to have it at my door then wait in a 2 hour line when things go on sale . but yes its good place ! any info on new parts to get the best bang for the buck ? been out of the loop for a few years
 
Nvidia is due to release three new gpu's next month. Look at the reviews of the RTX 4070 Ti Super 16GB.
