Your power supply is on the edge, of too small.

The video card manufacturers minimum is 500watts.

It can probably handle it, because the recommendation is a little inflated, to take into account crappy power supplies.

That Corsair, is only on the edge of good.

That being said, I use that line of Corsair, and have never had a problem, but I go with the recomendation.

The board you chose has a poor thermal design . and you need a better and more powerful PSU.

No the huge heatsinks get in the wat if you need an Air cooler.

That's up to you, if it is not a pain, and all the vendors are reputable.

I would order all at once regardless, as the clock will be ticking on a return to the vendor.
If you wait too long to assemble and test, you will have to go to the manufacturer for a warranty replacement, if something is bad..
